Colombian and Mexican Altura – Envision yourself on a pontoon boat, floating around a northern lake in Wisconsin. It is early morning, your first cup of coffee is this special house blend noted for its espresso blend; a combination of Mexican and Colombian. Two of our favorites! It is rich and creamy, with that special buttery smoothness, mixed with a slightly smoked taste. The Mexican is roasted to a Vienna roast, while the Colombian is roasted to a Full City+. The Mexican brings out the flavors of the roast, while the Colombian brings out the flavors of the bean.
