Colombian and Sumatra – This is a blend of the finest Colombian Supremo bean from the southern regions of Colombia. The Colombian Supremo is a bright, fruitier, well-rounded and balanced cup. I oftentimes roast this a lighter roast to bring out the full flavors of this superb cup of coffee. The Sumatra coffee is more of a syrupy body, earthiness taste (often referred to as funk), with low acidity. When these two are blended together, checkerboard-style (colombian light to medium roast and Sumatra a darker, full city+ roast) you have one great cup of Kaffee!
