Cinnamon Bliss – Vanilla with slight taste of Cinnamon

Cinnamon Bliss is a creative blend of vanilla creme with just a touch of cinnamon. Too much of the cinnamon is just that — too much. This heavenly scent and flavor of vanilla stirs reminders of Mom baking and getting out the pure vanilla extract. As kids, we couldn’t wait to smell the vanilla. It reminds me of the wood stove we huddled around in the winter, and the simple lives we led. My first attempt at baking Gramma’s Peanut Butter cookies. Perhaps I should have named this one Vanilla Bliss, but either name, it’s one you will come back for more! For the best flavors we roast this as a light (City+) roast.
