Blue Willow Heaven Coffee of The Black Hills

Thank you for choosing Blue Willow Heaven Coffee for your unique coffee experience. I have learned that it is the customers who have made this company exceptional. I listen and learn from what they have to say. My commitment to the customer is to give you exactly what you requested in a prompt, timely manner.

I am but a very small micro-roaster, with approximately 49 varieties of specialty-grade coffees. I have a variety of blends, dark roasts, organic, single origin coffees, numerous flavors and a few decaf coffees. I purchase the very best specialty-grade coffee beans (found all over the world) from a coffee expert in Wisconsin. Not all coffee beans are created equal, so I sample every batch to ensure I am roasting the highest quality beans, before shipping to my customers.

The difference between Blue Willow Heaven Coffee and larger coffee businesses is the fact I roast my coffee in less than five-pound batches. This allows for a perfect, melding of bean and/or roast flavors. **I guarantee quality and freshness of every batch. All coffee is sealed in a valved, foil bag.

Using personal information

Blue Willow Heaven Coffee of The Black Hills may use your personal information to:

  • Administer this website;
  • Personalize the website for you;
  • Enable your access to and use of the website services;
  • Send to you products that you purchase;
  • Send to you statements and invoices;
  • Collect payments from you; and
  • Send email communications.

Blue Willow Heaven Coffee of The Black Hills may disclose your personal information to the extent that it is required to do so by law, in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings, and in order to establish, exercise or defend its legal rights. However, (besides required by law) at no other time is your information available to anyone, nor will it be shared with others.

Securing your data

Blue Willow Heaven Coffee of The Black Hills will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.

Blue Willow Heaven Coffee of The Black Hills will store all the personal information you provide on secure servers at GoDaddy (https://www.godaddy.com) and Simplify Commerce (https://www.simplify.com).

Information relating to electronic transactions entered into via this website will be  protected by encryption technology.

Delivery of Product

Allow 2-3 days after your order has been processed before it is shipped or delivered. (Example: If you order on Wednesday afternoon, your order will be processed the next day. If it is a flavored or ground coffee, it will be shipped Friday.)

Payment

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the customer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped. If it is a local delivery, payment is due upon delivery.

Shipping Policies

All shipping, outside the Rapid City, SD area, will be paid for by the customer in the amount indicated by their Zip Code at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item, including shipping, will be refunded to the customer. If an item is damaged during shipping, we will not be held responsible.

Refund/Return Policy

Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on the complaint. If an item is unsatisfactory, a phone call, or a written (email) explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. The customer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. We will work with you. If you find your order is not meeting these standards, please contact me within FIVE days of your order arriving, so we can rectify the situation.

Cancellation

An item may be canceled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the customer is responsible for payment. If paying by check, the item will be shipped after the check has arrived. (Unless the customer has made other arrangements with me.)

Legalities

We are not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the customer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the customer, we share no responsibility.

**Occasionally I sell some older coffee at a discounted price. Due to the valve-sealed bag, very little freshness is lost. Please note, these discounted products are sold “As Is”.
